I have completed my part of the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race, SanFrancisco to New York, via the iconic Panama Canal and Jamaica. 

Along with great company I biked the Kennet and Avon canal from Bath to Reading.

I am now 'in training' for a 'round Wales' bike ride and we are hosting a Fun Day and sausage BBQ at Braywood Farm.
