I will be completing the Iron women for Refuge  throughout the month of September as a personal challenge for myself and also to support this great cause.

 A home should be a place of great safety. It is where we can shut the door on a scary world and relax and recalibrate. Unfortunately not everyone has a safe environment to call home.

Fundraising makes a massive difference to the women and children Refuge support on a daily basis.

Raising just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a refuge with the support she needs for her first night.

£52 could fund her and her children's stay.

£185 could fund the running of the National Domestic Abuse Helpline for an hour.

£500 could run one of our refuges for one day.
