In March I will be running 5K in memory of my Mum and to raise money for The Stroke Association.

This charity supports stroke survivors, their families and carers with rebuilding their lives. It funds research into the prevention of stroke and aims to raise awareness.

In 2009 my Mum passed away following a stroke, until then I knew so little,  I didn't know that a stroke could be fatal.

Please help me to support this charity in the great work that they do.So please dig deep and donate now.
