A Few friends and I  have started a running group, all for different personal reasons but friendship, health and running has improved. We have decided to raise money for each goal we reach. Next it's the half marathon ... Eek!

I recently read a book written by Mandie Short the mother of Ryan Tolley who passed away 30th December 2011 aged just 22, it saddened and inspired me in equal measures.

What we plan to do is by no means special or unique, but the money raised will change the lives of the terminally ill and their family...A day paid for by this organisation for maybe a last day in the sunshine on the London Eye,  a day away from hospital, machines, medicine and reality, where a photo and memories will be those cherished last reminders of the last normal hours of the terminally ill patient and the already grieving family.
