Walk of Hope is our annual national event raising money to bring hope to brain tumour patients and their families. It will take place on Saturday 28th September 2024, or you can organise your own Walk of Hope any day in September that suits you.

Story

As we kickstart our Summer 2024 school holidays we have taken a moment to reflect and also set some goals for the coming weeks.

One of our goals is to volunteer/help others and another is to stay active and healthy.

This is why we have chosen to take part in the 5km family Walk of Hope, supporting Brain Tumour Research, taking place on 28th Sept 2024.

We will be using the summer holidays to ‘train’ by exercising and going for walks/runs and we will take part in activities throughout the holidays to help work towards our fundraising goal.

This is our first time fundraising and we hope you can support us on our journey as we learn to help others.

Thank you, Tristan & Rishi

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.
