I have three amazing children aged 17, 14 and 12 and as parents we encourage them to be healthy, active and enjoy life.  I am always pushing them to try new experiences and this year they challenged me to take up a new sport and compete in it.

In March this year I agreed to enter a Strongman Competition with 'ZERO' previous skills and plenty of doubt.  I will take part on Saturday 21st September 2019 with my wife and kids cheering me on, and encourage them to always believe that everything is possible.

I decided today that I should use this experience to not only influence my children but also give back to other children less fortunate.  KidsOut UK are a brilliant charity that do just that.

KidsOut gives disadvantaged children positive experiences to support them becoming future members of our society and workforce.
