Story
The 32 plus Team is made up of an amazing group of riders/ hikers and support crew. Each person involved has volunteered their time and efforts to this challenge and each has their own reasons and motivation for playing their part in raising £25000 for Compton Care. Riders/Hikers: Jay Croot, Paul Fothergill, Adam Woodall, Jamie Howe, Sean Gregory, Tom Adams, Chris Lake, Simon Logan, Ian Shorthouse, Chris Wright, Jamie Wright, Shaun Delaney, Ben Wilkins, Adam Smith, Tom Dews, Rajesh Brigue, Dave Walters, Rich Whitehouse, Stu Banbury, Marc Hughes and Michael Quick. Support Team: Mike Howe, Jay Morgan, Dave Percival, Gary Ruby, Steven Dicken, Phil Dicken, Matt Dicken, John Garbett, Steven Elliott, Alan Croot and partner Lyn. The latest Lord Bilston Big Challenge is entitled ‘Lakes and Peaks’, and will see the adventurous group negotiate 220 miles cycling across the Lake and Peak District and 26 miles of hiking across the Yorkshire 3 Peaks over 2 days. Team members will undertake a 12 week intense and time consuming training plan starting on 1st May. The event takes place on Saturday 24th & Sunday 25th July 2021.
