So it's time for my next STV Children's Appeal Challenge, and this time I'm back on the bike. You've probably already caught one of the adverts on TV, yes that's right, the one with me pretending to cycle in front of my green screen!

From the 11th-14th June I'll actually have to cycle properly, including some dreaded hills! Honest, I really am dreading them - especially the one on Arran and the other big one going into Lanark!

I'm cycling from Tarbert, Argyll through places like the north of Arran, Ardrossan, Kilmarnock, Eaglesham, Lesmahagow, Lanark, Balerno, Edinburgh, Musselburgh and finishing in Dunbar, East Lothian. That'll take me up to around 200 miles.

Now those of you that have followed my cycles in previous years will know that I have lots of stops along the way. This year I have a record number of stops, as so many businesses, community groups, schools and individuals have come forward offering to help with fundraising. That means all along this route I will be stopping at various places, where you can also come along and meet me, and perhaps grab a burger at one of our BBQs or have a cuppa at one of the cafe stops.

I've listed below where I'll be and the expected time so that you know where to get us if you fancy popping along, oh and please sponsor me if you can spare some pennies. Remember all the money raised will stay in Scotland to help children across the whole country, from Shetland to the Borders and from the Western Isles to Fife. Thanks!
