Story
This FEBRUARY Sean and Harry will be travelling to Uganda and spending a few days in Kabale, where we will be supporting the local community and The ONE LOVE Project.
We are looking to raise £750 which will be used to carry out extensive repairs to the school and to houses in the community of Kabale.
All money raised will go directly to the community and its people and I’m looking forward to seeing first hand where the money raised goes.
The ONE LOVE Project is a non-profit organisation providing vulnerable children in Uganda with long term education and opportunities since 2018.”
The One Love Project (formerly The Abode Project) is a non-profit organisation at the forefront of school and community projects in Kabale, southern Uganda. Over the last five years, donations and volunteers have built the school, boarding facilities, and a dedicated Special Needs facility.
The classrooms offer much-needed education to over 100 children in an area of poverty where it would otherwise be unavailable. The boarding facilities are for several homeless and orphaned children, offering them much-needed support with two dedicated social workers.
