I am running the Great North Run 2010 this time i am doing it for the National Autistic society. Last time  ran the 13.1 miles in 2 hours 8 minutes. This time I aim to do it in around 1:55. So if anyone would like to make an extra donation if i beat the 1:55 mark would be very much kindly recived.
