We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.

Story

Another year, another challenge to try and keep up with Christie.

This year I am taking on my first marathon, the Brighton marathon on the 9th April. As in previous years, I am raising money for the Alzheimer's society, in rememberence of my wonderful grandma Mickey.

Thank you for all your support in previous years, any money you can give this year would be greatly appreciated, and will motivate me to complete the 26 and a bit miles.

£20 could pay for a dementia support worker to support someone who has received a diagnosis of dementia, and their family.

£30 could pair someone with dementia with a volunteer to help them continue doing the things that are important to them.

£50 could fund a postdoctoral researcher for one hour, so they can research into the cause, care and cure for dementia.

Thanks again, it means a lot to me and my family.
