Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit Sean and Dugald's fundraising page.......

We are both venturing over to to New York in Nov to help raise funds for what is a great cause. Cancer affects all of us, one in 3 people will contract cancer and 2 million of us are living with it today.

Note from Sean:

The New York Marathon is particularly important to me due to the fact I lost a lifelong friend on the 28th Feb 2011 - James Butterworth had months before moved from the UK to New York with wife Colette and 2 children Kate and Alex to pursue a career and new life. James was 34 when he passed away having suffered with cancer for 6 months.

Note From Dugald:

I have run several marathons for various charities in the past. This year I have chosen Macmillan having recently witnessed the devastating affects cancer has not only on the individual going through but also family and friends.

Support is not only vital but in some cases can help in recovery.

PLEASE DIG DEEP AS EVERY PENNY COUNTS!

Sean and Dugald
