Once again I will be dragging my unwilling body around the streets of Portsmouth on Sunday Oct 25th.  Over the last two years I have had the pleasure of running on behalf of CAFOD and with your support have raised in excess of £1,400! 

This year I am once again running for CAFOD and hoping to raise much needed funds to help development projects around the world.  CAFOD works with local communities in 64 countries to help them meet their own needs.  It does this through more than 500 partner organisations - trusted, local organisations staffed by local people who are working to reduce poverty.   Every few seconds a child in the developing world dies of starvation or preventable diseases - £3 will pay for a full course of childhood immunisation for one child!
