Throughout 2021 I will be supporting Julia's House, the children's hospice charity, by hosting online group hypnosis sessions.

I want to help local families facing unimaginable heartbreak - the knowledge that their child may not live into adulthood. Julia’s House provides frequent, flexible care for children with life-limited or life-threatening conditions and emotional support for their whole family. 

Amazingly, Julia’s House has to raise 95 per cent of the money it needs each year to run this vital service. The charity's fundraising income has been hit hard by the pandemic, which is why I have chosen to support them. Any donations made from those attending my free online sessions will go direct to helping Julia's House be there for families who desperately need support and reassurance - during the pandemic and beyond.
