In August 2024, I am hiking 26 miles from Padstow to Newquay to raise money for Macmillan Cancer support. 

I’ve lost several relatives to cancer in recent years, and in April 2023 my dad was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, and quickly started hormone treatment followed by a month of Radiotherapy in October. Also in April 2023 a close friend and ex-colleague Amy was diagnosed with incurable cancer, and is currently going through chemotherapy. I have taken on this challenge to raise funds for macmillan who do invaluable work supporting those affected by cancer.
