Scouse Fleming and Al Nekrews are running the 10 mile "Great South Run" in Mk 6 EOD Suit and Helmet (Bomb Suit) - Weighing in excess of 70lb! We are doing this to raise money for BLESMA (British Limbless Ex Service Men's Association).
