I am taking part in the Manchester Tough Mudder 10K run on the 23rd October 2022 and i have decided to use this as means of raising money for
Bolton Hospice.

I have picked Bolton Hospice as my chosen charity as they helped support my Nanna Sheila and our family in her last few remaining days with us. 

With the cost of living and energy crisis i would like to give something back to show our families heart felt appreciation for the generosity they gave when we needed them.
