Hello everyone!

Here's the deal:  a year ago on a night out that involved way too many drinks, 12 people made a pact to run the New York Marathon - 8 months later and only 4 of them had the guts to to it.....

I was one of those foolish souls, however little did I know that when the marathon came round I would be living on the other side of the world in Singapore. 

If it was not enough to be running a marathon, I also have to endure an 18 hour flight to get to New York and complete the rest of my training in temperatures that remain as high as 30 degrees - even in the evening!
