Hello and thanks for visiting this page set up in the honour of Wendy McGowan to raise money for the British heart foundation. 

On April 20th 2019 Wendy had a aortic dissection and a hemopericardium which lead to her death, Wendy and my dad John got married in Graceland where the King Elvis lived and before being married they had been together for many happy years, 

Wendy is a mother to Me and my sister Shannen and now as time after her passing has went on she is a heavenly Granny to baby Ethan my son, she is a daughter, sister, auntie, great auntie, mother in law and just a truly great friend with a heart of gold and a lot of people had the privilege of calling her their friend. Losing her has left a hole in a lot of people’s hearts and has been very hard to deal with over the years she’s been gone. 

 But she used to have a saying and it was “ You are here for a good time, not a long time”  and she lived by that saying as I am sure if you check the gallery of pictures you will see she lived life to the fullest at all times. 

So as a result of all this I, Scott McGowan & John McGowan my Dad are hoping to raise some money for the British Heart Foundation by jumping out of an airplane at Strathallan skydiving centre. We know that things are tight right now but if you could spare a pound or two for this cause in Wendy’s name for the British heart foundation this would be great. Every day people like us have to come to terms with losing a loved one due to these different heart problems and diseases if your donation can save just one life , then it will be worth it.. please donate. Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target.
