Team Legion takes on The London Landmarks Half Marathon

Story

The Royal British Legion provides lifelong support for the Armed Forces community - serving men and women, veterans, and their families. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

A group of us are running in a number of races over the next six months in support of the Royal British Legion. We have, so far, signed up for the Poppy Run in October and London Landmarks Half Marathon in March 2019.

We have pledged to raise £100 for the Poppy Run and £350 for the LLHM.

We have family members also supporting us with this as they want us to raise money for such a good cause. We all have friends, family and colleagues who are and have been serving members in the armed forces. The fact that this charity is so closely related to our work at MASS means that it is an ideal match for fund raising and we have applied for Cohort Support.

Thanks
