Story

This year, I'm taking on my first ever half marathon. I've been training by running at least 10k every week since February. To help push me and raise awareness and money for a local mental health charity, I'm running for Mind in the Hackney Half.

Every year mental health problems affect more than one in four people in the UK. Mind give a range of support services to anyone in the community who struggles with mental health.

Any donation can help someone on a low-income enduring serious mental health issues access Mind's support services.

Grateful for anything you can contribute - wish me luck!
Scott
