I think most people live their life turning a blind eye to cancer, well I certainly did until it turned up one day!  It's so important for me to get off my backside at least once a year and raise some cash for mens cancer and this year Prostate UK have had the nod.  They do great work and also are a brilliant support network, so any cash I can raise for them can only benefit someone else further down the line.

In advance I have to say thank you to anyone who sponsors me, as I know there is always "someone" after a bit of sponsorship, so hopefully committing to nearly 500km on a bike for 4 days will get the cash rolling in, even if it is just for people to see the state of me at the end!!!!
