For those that know me, I'm not the most active of people - more sloth-like than bouncing gazelle. So running a 10k is quite a bit out of my comfort zone, and you are likely to see some sloth-like crawling over the finish line rather than an energised sprint! Any donation you can make will be gratefully received by Nottingham Breast Cancer Research Centre (and will help sooth my weak muscles from their 10k worth of trauma!)

This year, unfortunately, the Nottingham 10k, hosted at University Park, has been cancelled due to the current pandemic... So instead, #NottThe10K is taking its place with runners choosing to either run 10k in one block or multiple blocks - I'm going to "run" (as much as sloths run) in one block, on Sunday 31 May, and then share a picture on social media of the result (see also devastation!). If you live near me, I apologise in advance!
