Jeffs and Jeffettes as most of you know we do this for fun. But occasionally an opportunity presents itself to raise a few pounds. Well last year we supported Macmillan and raised a good few hundred pound through shits and giggles. This year we have chosen the British Heart Foundation. You may or may not know that I like a giggle but a little bit ago my step-father (who's been there for me for 40 years) had a sudden and unexpected heart attack.
