We fund research and provide support to improve blood cancer patients' lives

Story

Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My mum, Diane Neild, had been diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia and lost her struggle on the 29th December 2009.

Me and April will be walking at least 1 mile and will be supporting Linda Norton (mums sister) who is doing the full marathon.

It's a beautiful, peaceful walk which follows paths over fields, beside the River Weaver, and along the Trent & Mersey Canal. There are 5 routes to choose from: 1 mile, 5 miles, 6 miles, the half marathon or complete 2 circuits for the full marathon.

Around 30,000 people are diagnosed with a blood cancer in the UK every year, and by investing in the best UK research, the aim is to find a cure and improve the quality of life for all patients touched by leukaemia, lymphoma, myeloma and related conditions.

Please donate to help the life saving research continue. Together, we can make a difference.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Thank you for your generosity.
