Scott McArthur is raising money for Butterfly Trust (Cystic Fibrosis)

The McArthur Family's Christmas Light Display 2021 · 11 December 2021

The Butterfly Trust provides face to face social support to Scotland’s Cystic Fibrosis community. Services include advocacy & advice, welfare benefits, housing, education, employment, befriending & mentoring, massage therapy & transport.

Story

very year the McArthur Family puts on our Christmas light display for all to enjoy.

As you will see form the photos, we go a bit OTT.  However, it is all worth it for the joy and happiness it brings to the local community and it has now become somewhat of a regular Christmas tradition for the community.

We are fundraising this year in the hope that we can raise some funds to give a helping hand to the butterfly trust fundraisers who give the Cystic Fibrosis community of Scotland much needed support.

The 'Big Switch On' went with a bang and everyone who attended seemed to enjoy themselves.

There is also some footage of previous years  at the following links to give a better perspective of the size and scale.

The lights will be switched on every day between 15.30 to 21.30 from now until January.

Please drop by and enjoy the spectacle for yourselves.
