CAFT helps children aged 17 and under who through no fault of their own miss out on the normalities of childhood. A free day visit, residential stay or themed visit, provides these children with a much needed opportunity to have fun & laughter and to simply enjoy being children.

Story

HELLO EVERYBODY!!

So because getting beaten up in the boxing ring for charity wasn't torturous enough, I have taken on the ultimate challenge; The 2011 London Marathon!!

26.2 miles, 30,000+ runners and millions of spectators all adding up to an epic day or blood (ok hopefully not), sweat (biblical amounts) and tears (I'm an emotional guy, what can I say).

I only signed up for this in January but have set a target time of under 4hours! Please help motivate me during my long, lonely training runs by sponsoring my run in support of The Children's Adventure Farm Trust (CAFT).

CAFT provides activities for disabled and disadvantaged children from all over the North West, helping to give the kids the happiness they truely deserve. Solely funded by public donations, your money can directly effect the lives of those who require the joy put back into their childhood. For more details please see www.caft.co.uk

Please take 2 minutes to sponsor me for this challenge, whatever you can afford to give is greatly apreciated by me and the children at CAFT. Its a great event and an even better cause.

Thank you for your support.
