As you you have probably seen over the last few months on Facebook, I took up yet a new fad to go with the hiking, jujitsu, squash etc..... This one happened to be running and being a chubster I never thought I'd manage 5k but I seem to have got into the swing of this so thought why not give it a blast. 

For those of you who know me, cancer research is quite an appropriate charity to support given the great work they have done for my family and for Katie's. I would like to do my family proud by raising money for cancer research and need your help to raise some pennies!!

Come and support me on the day or at least have a laugh at my bleeding nipples at the end  :-)
