I am raising money for Dove House Hospice. They are located in Hull and provide specialist palliative care to adults. There is no charge for any of the services they provide as they are maintained by funds raised in the local community and support from the local Primary Care Trusts. The patient and thier family is the focus of everything they do and this was witnessed first hand when they were incredible when looking after my grandad and supporting the rest of our family through his time of illness.

Dove House Hospice has a yearly running cost of £5 million and is funded for the equivalent of just 81 days per year, so they really need help from individuals, groups and local businesses.

I know that this charity may not be local to you or directly impact you or your family but the work they have done and are continuing to do means a lot to me and I would like to do something in return for what they provided for my grandad and family.

So please dig deep and give generously.
