Tracy and I are running the Avon Valley Path which runs from Salisbury Cathedral to Christchurch Priory, approximately 34 miles, mostly off road.  We have been planning this for the past year, running segments and trying to navigate it well as it is not very well signposted, sorting out our nutrition and plan for what will be a long time on our feet.  We are running in memory of my mum Beryl who sadly lost her battle with cancer in December last year.  Macmillan supported her through this time and we would like to raise money to help them continue their invaluable work.  Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and secure.
