Hi iv decided to Run in the London 10k and my chosen charity is WOMANS AID this is a charity close to my heart they help woman and children who live with domestic violence, it means alot because i was one of them, i grew up with a Alcoholic father who regular beat my mum up in the most horendous ways, and he would get a kick out of us watching, there wasnt a charity that coud help us back then so my mum was scared to leave my dad as she would have to bring me and my 2 siblings up by her self! but things had to change otherwise i dont think she would be around now! theres nothing worse than being in that situation and feeling your all alone but WOMANS AID can help woman and children in that very situation please dig deep and spare what you can you really will help.thank you...........SCOTT CROUCH
