Alzheimers Disease is horrible for those who have it and those around them.  To do my bit to help, I am participating in Mountain Mayhem (http://www.mountain-mayhem.com/) in June 2017 along with colleagues and friends from SAS Software UK.

First big cycling event for me in two years so will need to step up the practice.
