Hi! 👋🏼 

Thanks for reading! Katie, Mike and myself will be doing some crazy challenges! 

Ibiza Marathon, (run 26.2 miles)

RideLondon (100 miles bicycle ride in 1 day)

Harwich sprint triathlon (swim/cycle/run)

We will also be running a couple of fund raiser events! Any donation you could spare and support of the events will be much appreciated. All cancers are awful, this is just one of them that has affected us. 

Prostate cancer is now the most diagnosed cancer in the UK and 11,500 men die from the disease every year. I’m part of #TeamPCR, Will you help me support their research?
