I'm delighted to say I will be joining Team Ride in July 2023 for an unforgettable 3 days of cycling. Ride for Precious Lives is a unique, 225 mile, 3 day cycle challenge which annually raises money for short and precious lives.

I will be cycling from St Austell to Bristol, riding through challenging, but breathtaking, scenery and along the way visiting three very special children's hospices Charlton Farm, Little Bridge House and Little Harbour along.

Children's Hospice South West do such valuable work in supporting children and their families and I would be very grateful of any contribution that friends and colleagues can offer.
