Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Little jack is just 4yrs of age and in october 2011 was diagnoised with DMD duchenne muscular dystrophy, There is very little awareness at present of this cruel condition. I beleive all adversitys can be overcome , and with many many peoples help we may get a step closer too this goal. Awareness is massive but a few quid is vital, so please help because together we are stronger.
