I’m taking on a Kiltwalk challenge to raise funds for Project Trust which is a charity that supports young people to volunteer through teaching projects in countries in Africa,Central America and Asia. I am going to Honduras in August to teach in a primary or secondary school for a whole year. I chose Project Trust because my dad did his gap year with them but also because projects with this charity allow volunteers to be in a community for a whole year which means that volunteers can form real connections with people in the community and make a lasting impact.
I am currently half to my fundraising target of £6950 and am at the final push!
Every penny I raise will be topped up by 50% thanks to the generosity of Sir Tom Hunter and The Hunter Foundation. Any donation you can spare will mean the world to me and Project Trust. Thank you!
