Our friend Jared recently lost both his mum and brother to heart disease, and has set himself a goal to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in their memory, taking on a new fitness and fundraising challenge every month for a year. Jen, Robin, Sam and I will be joining him for the April leg: the kiltwalk! Since Jen and I can't get up to Scotland, we'll be doing a relay, making sure that between us the Scottish and London team are moving from dawn till dusk. Jen and I will take the virtual baton on a tour of London's 'Scottish' sites, while Jared, Sam and Robin explore the city of Aberdeen. Every penny we raise will be topped up by 50% thanks to the generosity of Sir Tom Hunter and The Hunter Foundation. So please give generously to the wonderful British Heart Foundation, who do so much for those suffering from cardiovascular diseases.
