I've never run a 10k race before. I did accidentally run 14km recently because of road works, but I walked a decent chunk of that. I'm hoping to run the whole way for this 10k, and hoping to run in under 1h. I've run an under 1 hour 10k once, but that's a flatter route than the route of the Leeds 10k, so we'll see.

Why Leeds Hospital Charity? Everyone on the maternity ward was wonderful when my son was born, and I wanted to give something back.
