On Saturday 17^th August 2019 Swanton Care &
Community (HULL) are hosting a family fun day at Westbridge House, Hessle.

The day will be a great day for everyone across the service
to come together, socialize and have a good time together whilst also raising
money for Swanton’s charity of the year Happy Days!!

All money raised will go to support the work of happy Days
who work with local communities across the UK to provide vital respite breaks
for individuals, families and groups who support children with additional needs
