Hello. My name is Scarlett Chester. I am 13 years old and have chosen to raise money for CAVENDISH CANCER CARE. This is something I really want to do because my Grandad died of cancer when I was in Y2 so I know how hard it can be for people going through Cancer Treatment and for their families. Each year , this charity provide care to more than 1,500 people who are faced with the impact a cancer diagnosis can have on their lives . 

Cavendish Cancer Care is a local Sheffield charity dedicated to improving the quality of life for people living with cancer in South Yorkshire,North Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire. They believe that nobody should face cancer alone so they provide emotional support through counselling and complementary therapies to the patient, their carer and their children. Their service is provided free of charge and they rely on the donations from supporters and help from volenteers to continue their work.
They provide the support that local families deserve.
