On Friday the 19th September I will be making the long arduous journey from Newcastle to Edinburgh - by train... Why? Simples - to cycle the 200 mile return journey (along with a group of friends) over the next 3 days following the beautiful coastal cycle route from Edinburgh to Tynemouth (although we do intend to finish a couple of miles sooner in our home village of Seaton Sluice for a well deserved pint or two).

We have chosen a fantastic charity that we hope to raise some funds for, so if you can spare a few pennies - please have a look at the fantastic work that the Chin Up charity performs and give what you can.
