Story

Hi Everyone, Thank you so much for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

For those of you who know us, you know that we have been supporting St Margaret's Hospice for a number of years after the amazing care they gave to Lou's Mum, Barbara, when her family learnt of the devastating news that she had terminal cancer. The Hospice supported the whole Wright family through the long illness that Barbara faced, and her final weeks were spent in the loving care of the Yeovil hospice where she and the family were cared for so brilliantly.

Anyways because of this we have decided that we are going to take the bull by the horns and raise a substantial amount of money for this fantastic cause in this their special 30th year. To do this during October 2010 we are participating in “The Great Walk” – an 80km trek along the with other Hospice supporters.

Yes for those of you who know us well, we can already hear the laughter – 80km? The Savilles? Well we are already in training and ready to take on this huge task to support the wonderful work the Hospice does in memory of a very special lady.

We’re going to do the tough part – all we ask of you is that you dig deep and donate whatever you can to support us on our journey along the wall.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanks guys! Love Lou and Chris xxx
