I'm walking for endo this July to support the 1in10 women with the disease, who wait on average a shocking 8 years to receive a diagnosis in the UK! That's too long!

The cause is close to my heart because it took me more than 15 years and multiple visits to doctors before someone took note. After being diagnosed, Endometriosis UK helpline provided me a lot of support to understand the disease better

I will be walking 8000 steps a day all of July to support those on their endometriosis journey. Shrek (for those who don't know he's my doggo) will be my partner as always and hopefully he can help reach the daily target easily ;)

Endometriosis UK relies heavily on donations to support their work which consists of volunteer led support services including a helpline, web chat and face to face support groups, information provision, awareness raising as well as campaigning and lobbying for change and better treatment options.
