We're all flying off to New York at different stages on Thursday so think of us in the final nervous days before Sunday's big race. 

It's been a really hard few months of training but at least we have got the buzz of New York to get us through!  Poor Wendy is nursing a swollen knee having fallen badly in Portugal over half term, Heath has been seeing the England physio at Wembley for a calf problem but Niki and I are fighting fit and we are all looking forward to helping raise money for Abingdon Prep's charity - Children in Need this year.

Please help us raise money as we are the lucky ones whose children are well looked after - and not every child has the same fate.
