We are launching an urgent appeal to help us raise money to provide more counselling services and support for people across the North East. The phone in the office never stops ringing as thousands of people are currently struggling with mental health and the suicide rate is getting higher. Our staff and volunteers are working unpaid six days a week delivering face-to-face counselling councillors when a lot of organisations closedown and providing support baubles, anxiety classes, and telephone service and much more.
