I am running the Great North Run on the 5th October 2008 to raise money for the Butterwick Hospice. They have helped both my Grandfather and Great Grandmother in the final days and weeks of there lives and to show my gratitude I will be raising as much money as possible to donate to them to help them to continue doing what they do best. I would be grateful for sponsership no matter how small as every penny helps.

Well an update now that training is underway - I am running 5 miles in an hour now so I am happy that I am gtting out there and doing something!!!
