Story

Sara - statistically 1 in a million - is 8 years old and suffers very rare and incurable kidney condition called Nephrogenic Diabities Insipidus (NDI) which in simplest terms means her body doesn't absorb water.
Sara doesn't complain about her condition, instead just gets on with what she deems as normal life. Along with her bestie Mya Rose also 8, Sara will complete My Bridges Walk in support of Kidney Research UK
