Zoe and Sarah are swimming the Thames for WRT2021 and the Laura Hyde Foundation

We swim the Thames regularly in all seasons and we love the joy and well-being gained from swimming together with friends - even in the winter chill! We will be attempting to swim 73 kms along the Thames from Buscot in Gloucestershire to Days Lock in Oxfordshire, over 3 days (4-6 September) to raise funds for the Laura Hyde Foundation, so that they can ensure that all medical and emergency services personnel have access to the best mental health support network available. Because our carers need caring for too.
