If you're reading this page you're probably about to sponsor me anyway, but in the interest of giving you the full lowdown....

I'm running the Pretty Muddy 5k on the 18th July at 1:30pm and the 10k Race for Life on Sunday 19th July at 9am..

I know I ask year after year for sponsorship for this charity, but I truly believe this is a good cause and one that touches so many of our lives.

As an example of the vastness of this, in the 1960s less than a quarter of children with cancer survived. Today, three quarters are cured and many of the 33,000 survivors of childhood cancer alive today owe their lives to Cancer research.

So every £1 will be gratefully received!
