On the 13th July I will be running the 5K Race For Life at Heaton Park for Cancer Research UK with my friend Caroline, to help support the incredible work they do across the country.

Both of our families lives have been affected by cancer, so the cause is a very special one for us. Personally, thanks to the successful research into the treatment of cancer, my stepdad was able to beat cancer and still be with us today.
